Christine Zapata, founder of Human Insights Consulting, is an HR executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate the real-world challenges of people, process, and compliance. She brings a rare mix of deep HR expertise, business savvy, and a calm, practical style that makes it easy for leaders to move from “stuck” to “moving forward.”
Christine is a SHRM Certified Professional and earned her MBA from the University of Houston, giving her a strong foundation in both HR and overall business operations. She’s worked across a variety of industries and organizational structures, supporting everything from complex employee relations and compliance matters to leadership coaching and HR strategy.
What clients appreciate most is her ability to listen, quickly understand what’s really going on, and translate that into clear, actionable steps. Christine is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel respected, informed, and set up for success—while keeping an eye on efficiency, risk, and the bottom line.
